Blood test

Went for a blood test the other day. Generally, a healthy guy, but high cholesterol lah (i hope i spelled that right...) Oh well, more veggies, exercise, less food (less eating), cut down on oil, all the usual healthy steps stuff, which we generally do not follow until something jolts us to do we ever learn?

i still remember when i was 16 years old, i went to do the medical check up at wellness lab. The report already state that i have the high cholesterol, it might due to my eating style, i likes to eat meat, dislike eat vegetables.until now i still eating the meat, but the vegetables oso eat a lot to ensure my healthy.
