Hi, I am (Tim) Teh Chee Seng. This is my first time blogging but since there is all this craze about blogging...i might as well try my (old) hand in this.
I am presently working in a university, as the dean of a faculty. I obtained my Ph. D., Master and Bachelor from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
